It is no longer necessary to use several separate telemetry systems. SmartLink offers AES-secured 2x HD video channels, telemetry and manual control with extremely low latency and a range of up to 20 km.


Two microHDMI input ports support up to [email protected] fps video input with extremely low latency.


Telemetry enables system configuration, mission planning, status monitoring and much more.


Just plug the USB joystick into SmartAP GCS and get full manual control with less than 20 ms latency.

Grounding module

The grounding module is very compact and lightweight and has a micro USB port for interacting with all types of devices – laptops, smartphones, tablets and supported desktop computers. All you have to do is connect it and open the SmartAP GCS app.

The floor module has an active cooling system that enables the module to withstand high ambient temperatures, making it reliable even in harsh environments.

The 2 × 2 MIMO technology offers higher bandwidth, lower latency and greater range.


SmartLink is specifically designed for use with SmartAP GCS – a powerful cross-platform ground control station. SmartAP GCS supports:

  • 2x HD video streams are displayed
  • Full camera control
  • Video recording on microSD card
  • Image capture on microSD card
  • Configuration of the radio settings
  • Drone control joystick
  • Joystick to control the payload

SmartAP GCS can be used on any platform and operating system including macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux.

SmartAP GCS provides all status information on the radio connection, including RSSI, SNR, packets, and enables all important settings to be changed dynamically. For example, operating frequency, bandwidth or power can be changed with just one click. The remote module is configured automatically via the grounding module.

AES encryption as standard

The connection is AES encrypted and the network key can be changed at any time if necessary.
